The cake smash includes a bespoke cake made by a professional local baker, a personalised wooden spoon with your little one's name on it and a splash session at the end to get cleaned up and have lots of fun. It's an amazing sensory experience for your little one, a fantastic way to spend a first birthday and memories you will treasure.

How long does a cake smash session last?

Cake Smash sessions last for two hours. This allows me to start with a mini family portrait session, where you play together and we get beautiful family portraits. Then the messy part arrives and your little one can go to town with a scrumptious cake designed by a local baker. And finally your gorgeous little one can get cleaned up and have fun splashing in the tub whilst we capture all the fun.

What does the Cake Smash include?

With the cake smash experience a bespoke cake is provided by a professional local baker. Please let me know if your little one has any dietary requirements. I also include a personalised wooden spoon that can be taken home as a keepsake.

What should we wear?

I always think you should wear what you want to reflect who you are but I also send a Session Guide when booking to make the images cohesive and give that extra special touch. I have a ‘One’ jumper in blue and pink if you wish to use this in the mini portrait session. And options available in my client wardrobe for your little one so you don't need to buy something just to get it messy.

How long before my photographs are ready?

Following the Photography Session your photographs will be delivered in a personal gallery within 3 weeks. At this stage you can choose your images or choose from upgrade options available to take more beautiful memories home.

How do I schedule my session?

Please fill out your details in my contact form below. I will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm if I have availability for you and your beautiful family. I require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date & time with the remaining balance due before your session takes place. I can't wait to hear from you and create some memories you can treasure.
